Solutions engineers support the customer lifecycle at Applicaster. He/She will lead the conversation around solution architecture, data feed structure, and integrations. This role is hands-on and requires technical cross-disciplinary knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to discuss their technology stack and product roadmaps
- Strategizing and supporting customer in executing their vision
- Supporting and guiding internal teams
- Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.
- Quarterbacking sales, CS and R&D teams on technical queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Previous work experience as a solutions engineer in SAAS companies.
- Customer-facing experience.
- High-level communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create big-picture solutions.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
