We’re looking for a dynamic and independent Enterprise Technical Success Manager to lead post-sale relationships with our enterprise customers. You’ll become an expert in our platform, guiding clients through the build, launch, and growth phases to ensure they get maximum value. 
As a trusted advisor, you’ll manage risks, provide training and QA, and help drive product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention — while identifying opportunities for expansion 
and renewal.
 
Responsabilities:
- Become an expert in the Applicaster platform and guide customers to success
 
- Empower clients to use the platform independently and reach their business goals
 
- Act as a Scrum Master, managing sprints and roadmaps with internal dev teams
 
- Bridge between clients and product teams, driving the roadmap with customer insights
 
- Troubleshoot, QA, and support implementation of features
 
- Own renewals and reduce churn through proactive account management
 
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within accounts
 
What you bring:
- 3+ years in technical project management, software delivery, or IT project delivery
 
- Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and system architecture
 
- Experience working with high-profile clients in fast-paced environments
 
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Asana
 
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 
- Hands-on QA, troubleshooting, and risk management experience
 
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with ease
 
- Must be based in NYC and available for remote work
